Social Conformity Policy

Prevention of Child Labor; undertakes to act in accordance with the procedures and principles of employing children and young workers and not to employ workers under the age of 18.

 

Prevention of Forced Labor and Involuntary Servitude; undertakes not to employ contracted, forced, or involuntary workers.

 

Ensuring Occupational Health and Safety; undertakes to adopt a proactive approach based on risk analysis, ensure the participation of all employees in occupational health and safety practices, and adopt a working system that prioritizes the general health of employees.

 

Freedom of Association and Respecting Collective Bargaining Right; undertakes that the workers can become members of the authorized trade union and respects the right to bargain collectively.

 

Prevention of Discrimination; undertakes to recruit employees based on their ability to do the job, not based on race, color, language, ethnicity, political opinion, marital status, age, pregnancy status, or gender; also undertakes to provide equal wage, social welfare, and promotions accordingly.

 

Discipline / Prevention of Abuse and Harassment; undertakes to respect the personality and dignity of each employee, not to inflict corporate punishment, and not to allow verbal, physical or psychological harassment or violence.

 

Determination of Labor Hours; undertakes to comply with the laws and obligations in force to determine the working hours and voluntary overtime.

 

Wages and Payments; undertakes to make regular and overtime payments determined by the laws and collective labor agreements, and to provide social benefits to the employees as determined in the collective labor agreement.

 

Prevention of Environmental Pollution; undertakes to comply with the current environmental legislation, to prevent environmental pollution based on environmental dimensions and impact assessment and to reduce pollution at its source.

 

Compliance with Customs Legislation; undertakes to comply with all applicable local and international regulations regarding customs, and to take measures that comply with these regulations and prevent the illegal shipment of its products.

 

Taking Security Measures; undertakes to ensure that undeclared goods (drugs, explosives, biological materials, and contraband goods) that may violate security are not included in loading.

 

Relations with Suppliers; undertakes to evaluate the social compliance activities of the suppliers it works with, to monitor the evaluation results with action plans and to gradually increase the social compliance levels.

 

Management System; undertakes to carry out, maintain and continuously develop social compliance, occupational health and safety and environmental management activities under a management system that complies with applicable laws and regulations and customers' workplace code of conduct.
