What is Direct Warping?

It is the process of winding the warp yarns coming from the creel, passing through the reed, onto the beam, parallel to each other and with equal tension. Finally, the desired number of warp wires is obtained by combining the beams prepared in beaming machine.

What is warp yarn?

Yarns that run parallel to the edge throughout the length of the woven fabric are called warp yarns. Warp is the yarns that are oriented towards the length of the fabric, that is, parallel to the edge, from the two yarn systems that make up the fabric in weaving.
